Why I built Steadfast
Over the last seven years, I've operated more than 200 STRs. Long enough to know how it goes: every turnover miss, every small repair nobody flagged, every guest demanding a refund, every “how did we not catch this” — it all rolls uphill to one person. Usually the owner.
I built Steadfast to be the person on the ground I wish I'd had — someone whose actual job is to check the property between stays, write down what's wrong, and get it handled before a guest does. You stop being the last to know. You stop being on call for your own house.
