This page explains what information we collect when you reach out to us, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep this plain English — it is not a legal contract, and nothing here implies any licensure or guarantee beyond what Steadfast actually provides.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or portfolio name, property details (type, location, count, current setup), pain points you select, whether you need help within 7 days, your estimated budget, your preferred next step, and any notes you include in the message field. We do not collect payment information on this site. If you arrive via a marketing link, we may also capture UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) from the URL to understand which channel referred you.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, to service your account. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing purposes, or use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Who processes it
Your submission passes through a small set of third-party processors: Resend handles transactional email delivery (your inquiry confirmation and our internal notification); Discord receives an internal lead notification to the Steadfast team; Sentry captures error monitoring data if something goes wrong technically (no personal data is intentionally sent to Sentry, but crash reports may include request context — additionally, if an error occurs in your browser session, Sentry may capture a short session replay to help us diagnose the problem; all text and inputs in these replays are masked so sensitive content is never visible); and Vercel hosts this site and provides cookieless Speed Insights analytics (page load metrics only — no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers).
Retention
We keep your information for as long as it takes to respond to your inquiry or, if we enter a service relationship, for the duration of that relationship. If you ask us to delete your information and there is no ongoing service obligation, we will do so promptly.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just reach out by email or phone (listed below). We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Vercel Speed Insights collects anonymous page performance metrics (e.g. page load time, Core Web Vitals) without cookies or personal identifiers. Sentry may set a minimal session identifier for error grouping; this is not used for advertising.
