What's not included in property care pricing

Being clear about the boundary prevents surprises:

Licensed trade work (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing) is performed by licensed contractors, not by Steadfast. Steadfast coordinates and documents it.
Outside materials and vendors are billed separately, with a small procurement-coordination markup.
Cleaning labor, guest communications, and booking management are separate roles a cleaner or property manager owns.

This reflects what property care is: visual property-care checks, coordination, reporting, and field support – not a substitute for licensed home inspections, insurance coverage, public adjusting, or licensed trade work.
